The Enterprise Account Executive role is a full-cycle sales position on the New Business team, targeting complex enterprise and mid-market organizations in the corporate social responsibility, grants management, employee giving, and philanthropic technology sectors. You will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting through close, engaging C-suite leaders and building strategic pipelines for deals valued at $75K–$150K+ ARR.
Key responsibilities include: leading end-to-end sales cycles with complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes; executing rigorous pipeline management and forecasting using structured methodologies (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC); developing tailored pitches and product demonstrations; building trusted partnerships with C-suite executives, CSR leaders, and foundation executives; maintaining accurate Salesforce data; collaborating cross-functionally to share market insights; mentoring junior sales staff; and providing customer feedback to influence product enhancements.
The ideal candidate has 2–5 years of B2B SaaS full-cycle sales experience with a demonstrated history of exceeding quota and closing complex deals. A strong track record of quota attainment, familiarity with structured sales methodologies, and demonstrated prospecting and pipeline-generation ability are essential. Domain experience in corporate social responsibility, employee giving, grants management, or nonprofit SaaS is strongly preferred. You should have exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, the ability to influence senior executives, and a genuine passion for social impact and mission-driven technology. The role requires autonomy, accountability, and a relentless drive to win in a growth-oriented environment.
