As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Aspire's business applications software and related services to prospective customers in a designated geographical territory. You'll play a key role in developing the company's overall growth strategy while partnering closely with sales, solution engineering, marketing, and product teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Selling Aspire's products and services to prospective customers within your territory
- Meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals
- Managing and maintaining a sales pipeline through forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning
- Recording all prospect interactions and meetings accurately in Salesforce
- Becoming a subject matter expert on Aspire software and services
- Developing, presenting, and selling the company's value proposition to prospective customers
- Negotiating pricing and contractual agreements to close sales
- Maintaining consistent and prompt response times with all clients
- Penetrating key accounts and developing business relationships with stakeholders
- Occasionally attending industry-specific tradeshows to generate leads
- Periodic travel as needed
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of B2B sales experience
- SaaS or ERP sales experience highly preferred
Preferred qualifications:
- Solid understanding of sales automation tools to build pipelines at scale
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience as a Business/Sales Development Representative
- Experience in the landscaping industry
Currently, the role is fully remote. When the company returns to the office, St. Louis-based employees will move to a hybrid model (three days in office, two days remote), while fully remote employees can remain remote.
