Pogo is hiring its first Enterprise Account Executives to scale B2B enterprise business from $XM to $XXM ARR. You will own the complete sales cycle from prospecting through expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead Generation & Engagement: Build relationships with prospects through outbound email, calls, conferences, and dinners. Manage inbound and referral leads to keep pipeline moving.
Qualification & Closing: Lead discovery calls, demos, and follow-ups to understand prospect needs. Build ROI cases and negotiate contracts to close new business.
Consultative Selling: Own trial and POC experiences end-to-end, coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer success and accelerate subscription closure.
Renewals & Expansion: Manage renewal cycles and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Build deep relationships with existing clients to grow revenue.
Process Improvement: Help build and refine the sales playbook as the company scales. Contribute structured learnings and drive rapid iteration.
Cross-team Collaboration: Work closely with GTM, Engineering, and Product teams. Partner with founders on strategic deals and revenue priorities.
Travel: Up to 3-5 days per month.
Ideal candidate has 3-10 years of enterprise sales experience, including full-cycle selling to enterprise customers. You are a hunter energized by building pipeline from scratch. You communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and translate product demos into compelling business cases. You are hands-on, resourceful, and take ownership of your number. You learn quickly, pick up new products and buyer personas rapidly, and leverage AI tools for research and outreach. Bonus: experience selling data analytics or insights products.

Note: Role involves working in ambiguity with limited initial structure. You will wear multiple hats (prospecting, positioning, onboarding, product feedback).
