The company has connected 300,000+ clinicians and 3,000+ supplier locations across all 50 states, serving 15M+ patients. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a focused pipeline of high-value strategic opportunities in enterprise home medical equipment (HME), hospital-owned HMEs, and adjacent markets. This is a consultative, complex sales role requiring deep healthcare domain expertise and executive presence. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing a defined territory strategy targeting enterprise HME prospects; building multi-quarter pipelines through prospecting, industry relationships, and referrals; running consultative sales processes with large, matrixed healthcare organizations; navigating buying committees across supply chain, revenue cycle, clinical operations, IT, and C-suite; developing executive presentations and ROI analyses; managing complex RFP and procurement processes; negotiating multi-year contracts; and serving as a strategic scout for new market opportunities. You will partner closely with BDRs, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and leadership to drive large deals (six-figure ACV and above) through extended sales cycles. You'll contribute market intelligence to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategy for new segments, and help develop repeatable sales plays as new markets are explored. Required qualifications: 5+ years enterprise B2B sales experience with 2–3 years selling into health systems, hospital networks, or complex healthcare organizations. Proven track record closing large, multi-stakeholder deals with long sales cycles in healthcare or healthtech. Deep familiarity with hospital buying processes (procurement, value analysis committees, IT governance, clinical sign-off). Strong understanding of post-acute care continuum, HME/DME operations, home health, and supply chain dynamics. Executive presence and credibility with C-suite healthcare leaders. Strong business case and ROI development skills. Disciplined CRM and pipeline management. Comfort in startup/growth-stage environments. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strongly preferred: direct experience selling software/technology platforms into hospital-owned HME departments or health system supply chains.
