Nomic is a domain-specific AI platform that accelerates design and construction of the built world. The company deploys AI agents that understand architectural drawings, specifications, building codes, and project data—working inside systems that AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) teams already use. Nomic automates drawing review, code compliance, submittal review, and project research for top-tier global engineering and construction firms.
As Enterprise Account Executive, you will own a portfolio of strategic accounts—global AEC firms with thousands of employees, complex data environments, and formal procurement and security processes. You will manage the full enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement through close and drive expansion across customer organizations.
Key responsibilities include: building account plans and mapping organizational structures to develop multi-threaded relationships with technical and executive stakeholders; generating net-new pipeline through executive-led outreach, industry events, customer referrals, and partner channels; running full enterprise sales cycles including discovery, technical qualification, executive alignment, pilot scoping, security review, commercial negotiation, and close; leading structured paid pilots in partnership with Forward Deployed Engineering to scope AI agent workflows and define measurable success criteria; navigating enterprise security and procurement (SOC 2 reviews, vendor risk assessments, data processing agreements, MSA negotiations); building business cases with CFO-grade economics quantifying time savings, error reduction, and capacity gains; and converting initial deployments into enterprise-wide expansion across offices, disciplines, and geographies.
You will partner with Enterprise Success on adoption, renewal, and account health; cultivate executive sponsors and internal champions; and develop references and case studies supporting the broader enterprise motion.
Minimum qualifications: 6–10 years of enterprise B2B software sales with a record of closing six- and seven-figure deals; demonstrated success navigating complex multi-stakeholder buying committees with 6–12+ month sales cycles; experience running technical evaluations or paid pilots; fluency with enterprise security and procurement processes; ability to establish credibility with technical buyers (engineers, CIOs, CTOs, digital transformation leaders); based in NYC with availability three days per week in office and willingness to travel regularly.
Preferred: AEC industry experience (Procore, Autodesk, Bentley, Bluebeam) or direct AEC firm background; experience selling AI, ML, or data platform products into technically sophisticated organizations; track record of significant account expansion beyond initial land.
