Maven AGI is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business and expand relationships with large enterprise customers. The company builds conversational AI agents that autonomously resolve customer support issues—replacing human work at a fraction of the cost. Customers including Dell, ServPro, HardRock, Tripadvisor, and Thumbtack report resolving 70–93% of interactions autonomously.
In this role, you will identify, engage, and close new business with Fortune 1000 companies, manage and expand key accounts, and guide clients through complex sales cycles using a consultative, value-based approach. You'll partner cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Marketing to align on customer needs and ensure seamless implementation. You'll maintain a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and represent Maven AGI at industry events.
You bring 5+ years of enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding targets. You have demonstrated ability to sell to C-suite and senior executives, deep understanding of Customer Experience, Customer Support, or SaaS markets, and expertise in consultative selling. You balance new-customer acquisition with account expansion, possess strong financial and technical acumen to navigate complex cycles, and collaborate effectively across functions. You're customer-centric, data-driven, entrepreneurial, and disciplined in execution.
