Illumio is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new sales opportunities within target accounts across the EMEA region. You will serve as a senior sales professional responsible for full-cycle enterprise selling of Illumio's breach containment and microsegmentation platform, which helps organizations contain ransomware attacks and build cyber resilience across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
In this role, you will develop and execute a territory plan focused on landing and expanding within strategic accounts. You'll prospect into target accounts to identify and engage potential champions and sponsors, create compelling teaching conversations tailored to each prospect's situation, and drive deals through to closure. You'll collaborate closely with Account Development Representatives (ADRs), partner account managers, customer success advisors, and extended field resources to execute a regional sales plan. A key part of your responsibility is identifying, engaging, and building relationships with resellers, system integrators, and other partners to expand Illumio's reach.
You'll need to accurately forecast both client business objectives and Illumio's pipeline, engage with C-suite executives across all lines of business, and leverage your existing network of contacts in the region. The role requires the ability to work with urgency, capitalize on multiple sales channels, ask insightful questions, and maintain technical acumen to understand and articulate Illumio's solution value.
Required qualifications include 8+ years of full-cycle enterprise software sales with a strong background in security and/or networking software, plus 5+ years of co-selling experience with established partner networks. You should have a proven track record of successful C-suite selling, strong listening and discovery skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, adaptive environment. Experience in high-growth companies and familiarity with the cybersecurity market are essential.
