Hilbert is a Series A, a16z-backed data science platform that helps B2C teams predict customer behavior and identify revenue drivers. The platform uses agentic AI to compress months of decision-making into minutes, serving Fortune 500 enterprises, category-defining consumer brands, and AI-native companies.
You will build Hilbert's enterprise presence across major U.S. consumer markets as an Enterprise Account Executive. This is a market-building role, not an account-inheritance role. You'll identify high-potential markets, open doors with senior executives at large consumer enterprises, generate pipeline through your network and targeted outreach, and own complex enterprise sales cycles from first conversation through signature.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building enterprise pipeline from zero and owning your market end-to-end
- Identifying accounts, verticals, and use cases where Hilbert should win
- Opening doors and building relationships with senior executives across large consumer enterprises
- Generating pipeline through your network, targeted outbound, referrals, events, partnerships, and creative prospecting
- Owning the full sales cycle, including navigating growth, marketing, data, analytics, product, engineering, security, procurement, and legal stakeholders
- Translating complex data and AI capabilities into clear growth and revenue outcomes
- Building business cases for large, strategic enterprise partnerships
- Bringing customer and market intelligence back into product and GTM strategy
- Turning early wins into repeatable sales motions
You'll start as a highly hands-on individual contributor with the opportunity to grow your scope as you prove the market and build what works. Locations available: New York City, Chicago, Atlanta, Los Angeles.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Vertical expertise and connections: Deep knowledge of the consumer enterprise landscape (retail, grocery, QSR, CPG, fashion, beauty, hospitality, marketplaces, consumer services) with relationships that can open doors at senior levels across growth, marketing, digital, data, analytics, product, and technology functions.
- Technical enterprise sales experience: Proven track record selling complex enterprise technology, data, AI, analytics, or infrastructure products. Ability to navigate both business and technical conversations, understand complex customer environments, and translate technical capabilities into commercial value.
- Large, complex deal experience: Personally originated, led, and closed $800K–$1M+ enterprise deals. Experience navigating long, multi-threaded sales cycles involving executive sponsors, technical teams, procurement, security, and legal.
- Growth and analytics fluency: Understanding of how consumer businesses grow and the metrics behind it (customer behavior, segmentation, retention, LTV, conversion, experimentation, personalization, incrementality, revenue drivers). Ability to connect customer data and growth challenges to measurable business cases.
- High ownership mentality: Self-directed, initiative-taking, quick-moving, and comfortable creating pipeline and opening doors without perfect conditions or a finished playbook.
Stand-out qualifications include: building a territory or market from the ground up, strong relationships across multiple consumer verticals, deep experience selling sophisticated data/AI/analytics products, strong understanding of growth analytics and consumer businesses, consistent pipeline generation without heavy reliance on inbound or SDR support, closed multiple seven-figure strategic enterprise partnerships, and experience in early-stage or rapidly scaling environments.
