Heidi Health is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales across the Australian healthcare market. The company has built an AI Care Partner for clinicians that has processed 73 million patient visits in 18 months and now supports 2.5 million patient sessions weekly across 190+ countries. The core product is a freemium medical scribe that clinicians love, and the company is expanding its suite of autonomous AI products. In this role, you will manage enterprise sales opportunities targeting larger practices, hospital groups, clinics, and health systems. You'll build relationships with clinicians and healthcare decision-makers, deliver product demonstrations, and execute solution-based selling to understand client needs and tailor Heidi's platform to specific organizational challenges. Key responsibilities include managing a robust sales pipeline using product usage signals, ensuring consistent lead generation and accurate forecasting, delivering impactful presentations, and executing closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Operations, Customer Success) to drive market growth. You'll stay informed about market trends and competitive landscapes to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies. The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally in healthcare. You must have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, managing complex enterprise sales cycles with high ownership, and operating independently in a lean, fast-paced environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to build deep trust with senior healthcare stakeholders. You'll also mentor up-and-coming sales team members. Heidi values outcomes over inputs, sustainable performance, and mental health. The company operates on a philosophy of building for the next decade, leading proactively, following evidence, owning outcomes end-to-end, shipping and iterating rapidly, and living in clinicians' reality. You'll join a team of medicos, engineers, builders, and designers focused on real-world impact and exacting meaningful change in healthcare.
