As the first sales hire based in Chile, you will own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through closing. Your responsibilities include building and maintaining a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts, understanding client challenges and business goals to position solutions effectively, establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders, leading complex negotiations, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will meet and exceed sales targets while staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity to refine sales strategies.
Required qualifications include proven enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quotas in B2B environments, particularly with large ACV deals. You must have strong experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, excellent communication and negotiation skills, ability to analyze customer needs and align them with solutions, proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
