Frame Security is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business growth in the cybersecurity space. You'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualification through closing—with a focus on rapid logo acquisition and uncapped earning potential.
Frame builds an AI-powered human security platform that develops security awareness training and attack simulations to help organizations prevent AI-driven, human-centric attacks across email, voice, video, and beyond. The company is well-funded with a seasoned cybersecurity team and operates in a massive market opportunity.
Key responsibilities include hunting and qualifying new business opportunities, progressing pipeline from demand gen campaigns and multi-channel outreach, leading technical and business deep-dives to identify security gaps and build business cases, working with Sales Engineering on POCs, and managing partner relationships and co-selling efforts. As an early sales hire, you'll help shape the sales playbook and processes from the ground floor.
Success is measured by Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), new logo acquisitions, pipeline generated, and win rate.
Required experience: 3–5 years as an Account Executive or in founding sales roles within high-growth B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas in enterprise cybersecurity. You should be comfortable identifying and building relationships with multiple stakeholders (IT Managers, Security Architects, CISOs, CFOs), navigating early-stage ambiguity, and translating complex technical features into compelling business narratives.
