BackOps AI is redefining how modern operations teams run their businesses through AI-powered automation. The company is experiencing rapid growth, expanding into new enterprise verticals, and launching several major product capabilities. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for large, strategic accounts in operations, supply chain, customer service, IT, and C-suite environments.
You will work directly with founders and the executive team to shape go-to-market strategy, refine positioning, and close high-value deals. This is consultative, strategic selling focused on identifying operational inefficiencies and automation opportunities at complex organizations—not transactional sales.
Key responsibilities include: owning full-cycle sales from prospecting through close; driving both outbound and inbound pipeline development; closing mid-market and enterprise deals with six-figure+ ACV; selling to Directors, VPs, and C-level executives; navigating multi-threaded enterprise buying processes; partnering with Solutions and Engineering during technical validation; ensuring smooth handoffs to post-sale teams; negotiating MSAs and commercial terms; accurately forecasting and managing pipeline; and contributing to messaging, positioning, and vertical expansion strategy.
You should have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota, preferably in enterprise. Experience selling into operations, supply chain, logistics, or complex workflow environments is highly valued. You are comfortable with outbound prospecting, experimenting with messaging, and negotiating complex contracts. You have strong executive presence, high ownership mentality, and exceptional discovery and consultative selling skills. You run toward ambiguity rather than away from it.
This is a foundational go-to-market hire with clear path to leadership and career growth. You'll have direct access to founders and leadership, real influence on GTM strategy, and the opportunity to shape the company's future during a pivotal growth phase.
