BackOps AI is redefining how modern operations teams run their businesses through AI-powered solutions. The company is experiencing rapid growth, expanding into new enterprise verticals, and launching several major product capabilities. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle for large, strategic accounts in the operations, supply chain, customer service, and IT verticals.
You will work directly with founders and the executive team to shape go-to-market strategy, refine positioning, and close high-value deals. This is consultative, strategic selling focused on business impact—not transactional sales. You'll navigate multi-threaded enterprise buying processes, selling to Directors, VPs, and C-suite stakeholders at complex organizations.
Key responsibilities include: owning full-cycle sales from prospecting through close; driving both outbound and inbound pipeline development; closing mid-market and enterprise deals; leading discovery around operational inefficiencies and automation opportunities; partnering with Solutions and Engineering during technical validation; negotiating MSAs and commercial terms; accurately forecasting and managing pipeline; and contributing to messaging, positioning, and vertical expansion strategy.
You should have 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding quota, preferably in enterprise deals. Experience selling into operations, supply chain, logistics, or complex workflow environments is highly valued. You're comfortable with outbound prospecting, experimenting with messaging, and selling six-figure+ ACV deals. You have strong executive presence, exceptional discovery and consultative selling skills, and a high ownership mentality. You run toward ambiguity rather than away from it.
This is a foundational go-to-market hire with clear path to leadership and career growth. You'll have direct access to founders and real influence on GTM strategy, with competitive base, variable compensation, and accelerators.
