MongoDB seeks an accomplished Enterprise Account Executive to expand its presence within the AI startup ecosystem in Paris. This role is critical for identifying and cultivating strategic relationships with high-potential startup founders and executive decision-makers while forging deep partnerships across the AI landscape and guiding complex sales cycles within the assigned territory.
You will serve as a pivotal leader within MongoDB's go-to-market strategy, working cross-functionally with Marketing and Product Leadership to drive market penetration within the VC and startup ecosystem. Your focus will be on winning the fastest-growing organizations in Paris's concentrated AI hub.
Key responsibilities include architecting and executing sophisticated, data-driven go-to-market strategies for the AI Native territory; driving executive-level engagement with C-suite technical decision makers, founders, and strategic investors; cultivating long-term relationships with founders, VCs, developers, and technical architects to secure net-new logos and establish strategic partnerships; and consistently exceeding revenue targets. You will develop expert-level understanding of MongoDB products, competitive landscape, and partner technologies, positioning MongoDB as a thought leader.
The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in competitive, rapidly evolving markets with a proven track record selling technically complex enterprise solutions at scale. You demonstrate exceptional intellectual curiosity, a history of building executive-level champions, and mastery in translating intricate technical concepts into compelling business value. You possess inherent drive, intense competitiveness, and an insatiable desire to exceed expectations. Deep familiarity with advanced software development concepts and extensive experience selling to highly technical buyers is valued. You must reside in Paris and maintain a significant in-office presence (3+ days per week).
