Salary: USD 114,400 - 165,000 / annual
ServiceNow is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. You will develop relationships with C-suite personas (CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) and serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them understand how ServiceNow's AI control tower platform can support their IT roadmap.
Key responsibilities include account planning and territory planning within a defined set of prospects or verticals. You will oversee client relationship mapping and orchestrate account strategy across a broad virtual team including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing. You'll identify the right specialist and support resources to bring into deals at the right time, and maintain healthy C-level relationships while negotiating deals and achieving sales targets.
The role requires 7+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations. You should have demonstrated ability to establish trusted relationships with current and prospective clients, produce new business, and maintain a customer success focus in a team environment. Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving is essential—this may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on your function or industry.
ServiceNow's Armis and Veza divisions focus on securing the entire attack surface and managing cyber risk exposure in real time, combined with Security, Risk, and Identity Security capabilities to build an autonomous defense platform for the Agentic Enterprise.
Compensation includes base pay of $114,400–$165,000 plus equity, variable/incentive compensation, health plans, 401(k) with company match, ESPP, and flexible time away. Work persona is flexible/hybrid based on role nature and location.
