Flashpoint is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to lead net-new sales across the United Kingdom. This is a senior individual contributor role focused on hunting new logos and closing complex enterprise deals in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, fraud, and risk management. You will own a UK territory end-to-end, from target account selection through negotiation and signature. You'll build and execute a target account plan across financial services, insurance, retail, telecoms, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. Working remotely from anywhere in the UK, you'll partner with a BDR on outbound strategy, lead discovery and demos with Solutions Architects and Strategic Advisory teams, and structure multi-year deals with ACVs ranging from £75K to £750K+. Flashpoint's Ignite platform delivers threat data and intelligence to commercial enterprises and government agencies, spanning cyber threat intelligence, vulnerability intelligence, geopolitical risk, physical security, fraud, and brand protection. You'll have the backing of a team already protecting some of the world's largest banks, retailers, and governments. Key responsibilities include: owning net-new growth across the UK; building qualified pipeline using MEDDICC-level discipline; leading high-stakes deals with alignment across BDRs, Solutions Architects, intelligence analysts, partners, and Legal; navigating enterprise procurement and security reviews; maintaining accurate CRM forecasting; and bringing field insights back to Product and Marketing. Within 30 days, you'll complete product onboarding, build and prioritize your target account list, and activate your existing customer network. By 60 days, you'll launch outbound cadences, deliver pitches and first-call demos independently, and run initial discovery calls. By 90 days, you'll have completed all training, built qualified pipeline tracking to quarterly targets, and moved top opportunities into late stage with mapped buying committees. REQUIREMENTS: - Track record of owning net-new enterprise deals full cycle in the UK, from opportunity creation to close, with ACVs from £75K to £750K+ - Enterprise B2B SaaS sales experience in cybersecurity, threat intelligence, fraud, or risk - Direct selling experience with CISOs, security leaders, and Fraud/Risk leaders at FTSE 350 or Global 2000 organisations - Proficiency with qualification frameworks such as MEDDICC and CRM discipline to maintain accurate forecasting - Experience negotiating complex software contracts with sophisticated procurement and legal teams - Right to work in the UK and ability to meet customers in person, including regular travel to London
