Curri is a YC-backed (S19) logistics platform providing on-demand, last-mile delivery for construction and industrial supplies. The company operates a nationwide fleet and is solving inefficiencies in the construction supply chain.
As Enterprise Account Director, you will own Curri's largest and highest-performing customer accounts, operating as the "CEO of your book." You will set account strategy, build executive relationships, and drive expansion through marketplace growth, software adoption, and strategic partnerships. You will orchestrate GTM teams to execute location-level plans while holding the revenue number for your accounts. Success is measured by attributable revenue growth, pipeline health, and the health of every rollout you initiate.
Key responsibilities:
- Own account strategy for top enterprise logos, prioritizing initiatives that unlock the most revenue and sequencing them against a clear plan
- Build and sustain executive-level relationships that position Curri as a strategic partner rather than a vendor
- Carry and forecast a revenue target with accurate visibility into pipeline, opportunity, and account health
- Drive growth and expansion through marketplace penetration, software adoption, and new partnership opportunities within existing accounts
- Orchestrate across GTM teams to build and delegate location-level execution plans that scale national accounts
- Generate pipeline and initiate rollouts early, translating enterprise agreements into live, producing branches
- Travel approximately 25% of the time
Requirements:
- 5+ years selling into enterprise accounts, with a track record of growing existing logos (not just closing new business)
- Strategic account planning ability demonstrated through written plans with named stakeholders, prioritized initiatives, and a revenue path
- Executive-level selling experience; comfortable holding business conversations with VP or C-suite buyers and earning second meetings
- Cross-functional co-selling instincts; able to pull in ops, product, and marketing partners and assign them clear roles in a shared account plan
- Hungry, determined, and coachable; able to take feedback and exercise judgment on priorities
- Experience running sales cycles with a formal methodology and hands-on CRM experience for pipeline management and forecasting
Bonus qualifications:
- Experience selling a marketplace or consumption-based product where revenue grows with usage
- Familiarity with construction, distribution, or industrial supply chains
- Background at a company that had strong fundamentals but was still evolving, where you built process rather than inherited it
