The Enterprise Key Account Manager will own and grow relationships with key enterprise clients, driving long-term success and revenue expansion.
Key responsibilities include managing structured, frequent meetings with high-level executives to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions. You will be accountable for reducing churn and safeguarding client retention by proactively detecting early warning signs of dissatisfaction and taking immediate corrective action. Managing contract renewals with urgency and discipline is critical—client lapses represent direct business risk.
You will drive account planning and strategic alignment to expand services and revenue while protecting the existing client base. This involves maintaining continuous communication to monitor satisfaction, resolve issues before escalation, and improve retention rates. Collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams ensures solutions align with client goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The role requires staying current on industry trends to identify growth opportunities and potential risks affecting client relationships. You will identify upselling opportunities and drive incremental revenue growth within your portfolio.
Required qualifications: at least 4 years as a Key Account Manager for SaaS products or similar enterprise account management roles; proven track record managing enterprise accounts and exceeding sales targets; strong understanding of customer success strategies and experience driving satisfaction; excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with C-level executives; ability to identify upselling opportunities; results-oriented mindset focused on customer service and retention; ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize effectively; fluency in Spanish and English.
