The Identity & Access Management (IAM) team owns identity, authentication, and authorization across nesto's platform. As Engineering Team Lead, you'll manage and mentor a team of engineers building the foundational security infrastructure that powers all product teams at nesto. Your team owns identity providers, authentication flows, authorization models, policy enforcement, and the tools product teams use to manage access securely.
Your responsibilities include:
- Leading and growing an engineering team focused on IAM
- Establishing shared standards and supported patterns for access control across the company
- Ensuring identity and access solutions are consistent, scalable, and easy for other engineering teams to adopt
- Collaborating with product teams across nesto who depend on your platform
- Driving technical strategy and architecture for identity and authentication systems
- Mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
