Braze is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Landing Pages product team. Landing Pages is a core platform component that enables customers to create, host, and serve standalone web experiences—including sign-up forms, preference centers, surveys, and data-capture pages. The product includes a drag-and-drop editor, templating system, hosting and delivery infrastructure serving pages at scale, APIs for data integration back into customer workspaces, and performance reporting for marketers.
In this role, you will manage a team of engineers building and expanding this growing product area. You'll partner closely with product, design, and engineering to define the roadmap, validate product bets against usage data, and drive adoption. Key responsibilities include recruiting and developing team members, guiding architectural decisions, contributing code on high-leverage initiatives, and owning the team's vision, goals, and processes.
You'll balance hands-on technical leadership with people management. The role requires strong product instinct, attention to detail, and the ability to build intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
