Salary: USD 188,641 - 320,335 / annual
Braze is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Landing Pages product team. Landing Pages is a core platform feature that enables customers to create, host, and serve standalone web experiences—including sign-up forms, preference centers, surveys, and data-capture pages. The product includes a drag-and-drop editor, templating system, hosting and delivery infrastructure serving pages at scale, APIs for data integration, and performance reporting.
In this role, you will manage a team of engineers building and expanding this growing product area. You'll partner closely with product, design, and engineering to define the roadmap, validate product bets against usage data, and drive adoption. Key responsibilities include recruiting and developing team members, guiding architectural decisions, contributing code on high-leverage initiatives, and owning the team's vision, goals, and processes.
You'll balance product growth strategy with technical excellence, leveraging autonomy and responsibility to make decisions informed by both data and technical depth. The role requires strong product instinct, attention to detail, and a track record of building intuitive user experiences at scale.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of software engineering experience with 2+ years leading high-performing teams. You should thrive with autonomy, dig into technical details to inform decisions, have demonstrated success building and retaining teams in high-growth environments, and bring experience spearheading foundational systems and significant organizational initiatives.
