Braze is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Landing Pages product team. Landing Pages is a core platform component that enables customers to create, host, and serve standalone web experiences—including sign-up forms, preference centers, surveys, and data-capture pages. The product encompasses a drag-and-drop editor, templating system, hosting and delivery infrastructure serving pages at scale, APIs for data integration back into customer workspaces, and performance reporting for marketers.
In this role, you will manage and develop a high-performing engineering team while balancing technical leadership with product strategy. You'll work closely with product, design, and your engineers to prioritize what to build next, validate product bets against real usage data, and drive adoption of the Landing Pages channel. Key responsibilities include recruiting and coaching team members, guiding architectural decisions, contributing code on high-leverage initiatives, and owning the team's vision, goals, and processes.
This is both an engineering and product growth challenge. Landing Pages is a newer, expanding part of the Braze platform with significant room for growth. You'll have broad autonomy and responsibility to shape the team's direction while maintaining high technical standards.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong track record, plus 2+ years leading high-performing teams. You should thrive with autonomy and responsibility, possess strong product instinct and attention to detail, have experience building foundational systems at scale, and demonstrate success building and retaining teams in high-growth environments. You'll need the ability to dig into technical details to inform decisions and a track record of shipping intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
