As Engagement Manager, you will own the post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of enterprise law firms and corporate clients. Your core responsibility is designing and executing tailored adoption playbooks that drive multi-year transformation of how legal teams work with Legora. Key responsibilities include: - Design each client's adoption playbook: define change-management approach, stakeholder maps, and measurable outcomes - Execute adoption initiatives from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, adapting as client needs and product capabilities evolve - Serve as strategic advisor, understanding client goals and legal workflows, surfacing high-impact opportunities - Drive sustained value through structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement, training, and value reviews - Orchestrate cross-functional engagement (GTM, Product, Engineering, Support) to accelerate client success - Partner with GTM on commercial moments, ensuring seamless handoffs and identifying expansion opportunities - Translate customer feedback into product and enablement improvements You bring strong management consulting experience (ideally from a leading global firm), proven expertise designing and delivering change management programs in large complex organizations, and a track record building transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes. You're comfortable with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders, excel at program/project management across multiple workstreams, and communicate effectively in boardroom and hands-on settings. You have high emotional intelligence, genuine interest in AI's potential to transform industries, and thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments. A data-led approach focused on customer health and outcomes is essential. Nice-to-haves include experience in high-growth B2B SaaS or Legal Tech, and familiarity with legal, compliance, or regulated industries.
