Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including major law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates across Europe, North America, and APAC.
This Engagement Manager role reports to the Strategic Accounts Engagement Director and focuses on ensuring major law firm clients receive exceptional service and continuously realize value from the Legora platform. The work emphasizes depth over breadth—managing a curated portfolio of key accounts where success is measured by compounding partnership growth rather than plateau.
You will act as a strategic advisor and key point of contact for senior stakeholders, understanding client goals and uncovering new use cases. The role involves embedded change management: getting lawyers to adopt new workflows, proving ROI back to partners, and building the case for expansion. You'll spend significant time on client sites working alongside lawyers at all levels—from partners and practice heads to associates and trainees.
Key responsibilities include: identifying and spearheading adoption initiatives and expansion opportunities; conducting discovery sessions and enablement activities across practice groups; monitoring customer health metrics and proactively addressing usage declines; collaborating with Customer Enablement, Product, and Marketing teams to translate client feedback into product insights; and representing Legora at industry events and client sessions.
You bring 3–5 years of experience in customer success/account management at high-growth B2B SaaS, or in innovation, change, transformation, or business development roles within law firms or professional services. You have a track record of driving retention and satisfaction in enterprise settings and changing behavior, not just managing relationships. You are highly organized, an excellent communicator who can engage partners and trainees alike, and driven by data and customer outcomes. You thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments and are comfortable with five days per week in-office, including onsite client time in the UK and internationally.
