Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers including major law firms (Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, Linklaters, White & Case) and in-house legal teams at enterprises like Barclays. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates across Europe, North America, and APAC.
As Engagement Manager for Mid-Market Corporates, you will own post-sale customer success for a portfolio of 15–20 mid-market corporate clients, driving adoption and long-term value realization of Legora's platform. This is a strategic, hands-on role that combines change management, account leadership, and program delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
• Design tailored adoption playbooks for each client: define change-management approach, stakeholder maps, and measurable outcomes for how in-house legal functions adopt Legora and transform workflows.
• Execute adoption programs sequentially from initial rollout through function-wide scaled adoption, adapting as client needs and product capabilities evolve.
• Manage 15–20 parallel programs simultaneously, maintaining visibility on milestones, risks, and account health across the full portfolio.
• Serve as strategic adviser to senior in-house legal stakeholders, identifying high-impact opportunities aligned with their priorities (cost reduction, cycle time, risk management, headcount efficiency).
• Drive sustained value through structured operating cadence: success planning, enablement, stakeholder check-ins, training, and value reviews.
• Orchestrate cross-functional engagement (GTM, Product, Engineering, Support) to accelerate client success and maintain end-to-end account coordination.
• Partner with GTM on commercial transitions and expansion opportunities, ensuring seamless customer experience.
• Translate customer feedback into product and enablement improvements by collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams.
• Build reusable playbooks, templates, and enablement materials to scale the engagement function.
You bring 5+ years in management consulting, legal, LegalTech, or customer success in AI-native B2B environments. Experience overseeing complex rollouts and adoption programs at large corporates is highly desirable—you've navigated procurement, IT, security, and skeptical stakeholders to embed new ways of working. You have strong project management instincts, comfort holding multiple threads simultaneously, and the ability to distinguish between quiet and drifting accounts. A consulting or transformation background with demonstrated change-management delivery is essential.
