As an Engagement Manager for Mid-Market, you will be the primary point of contact and strategic advisor for a portfolio of 45–55 mid-market customers. You own the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding and implementation through driving measurable business outcomes with the Profound platform. Your responsibilities include developing and executing both white-glove and scaled engagement strategies to ensure strong customer health, becoming an expert in AI search and large language models, multi-threading customer relationships to reduce stakeholder turnover risk, and partnering with Account Management to align value delivery with commercial objectives.
You will collaborate closely with internal Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize implementation, resolve technical challenges, and address customer needs. This role requires serving as a trusted expert who guides customers through AI search best practices and actionable tactics to enhance their AI visibility and competitive advantage.
Required qualifications include 2+ years of experience driving strategic outcomes with mid-market customers in customer success, account management, or consulting roles. You must have excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver presentations and demonstrations effectively. You should be self-motivated, comfortable operating in ambiguous environments, and possess a strong analytical mindset with quantitative data fluency. Experience in search or marketing industries is valued. The role demands end-to-end process ownership, critical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
