Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including top law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and continues expanding through acquisitions and geographic growth.
As Engagement Manager based in Mexico City, you will own the post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams. You'll design tailored adoption playbooks that guide clients through multi-year change-management programs, transforming how they work with Legora's AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities include: designing client-specific adoption strategies and stakeholder maps; executing sequenced rollout initiatives from initial deployment to enterprise-wide adoption; serving as a strategic advisor who understands legal workflows and surfaces high-impact opportunities; driving sustained value through structured operating cadences (success plans, enablement, training, value reviews); orchestrating cross-functional engagement (GTM, Product, Engineering, Support) to accelerate client success; partnering with GTM on commercial moments and expansion opportunities; and translating customer feedback into product and positioning improvements.
You'll work with demanding, senior stakeholders at complex organizations, requiring deep change-management expertise. The role demands proactive, strategic thinking and a track record of designing and delivering transformation programs in large enterprises. You'll need strong program/project management skills, excellent communication across boardroom and hands-on contexts, high emotional intelligence, and fluency with metrics and data-driven outcomes.
Ideal candidates bring 3–8 years of experience in management consulting, legal, LegalTech, or customer success in AI-native B2B verticals. Experience with legal, compliance, or regulated industries is valued. You should thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build playbooks rather than follow them.
