As Engagement Manager for Japan, you will own the post-sale customer experience and long-term success for a portfolio of enterprise legal clients. This is a strategic role focused on designing and executing adoption playbooks that transform how law firms and corporations work with Legora's AI platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing tailored adoption playbooks and change-management approaches for each client, including stakeholder mapping and measurable outcome definition
- Executing multi-phase rollout strategies from initial implementation through firm-wide scaled adoption
- Serving as a trusted strategic advisor who understands client legal workflows and surfaces high-impact opportunities
- Driving sustained value through structured operating cadences: success plans, enablement, training, and value reviews
- Orchestrating cross-functional engagement (GTM, Product, Engineering, Support) to accelerate client success
- Partnering with GTM on commercial moments, ensuring seamless handoffs and identifying expansion opportunities
- Translating customer feedback into product and positioning improvements
You bring strong management consulting experience (preferably from a leading global firm), proven expertise designing and delivering change management programs in large complex organizations, and a track record of building transformation roadmaps with measurable outcomes. You're comfortable with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders, excel at program/project management across multiple workstreams, and communicate effectively in boardroom and hands-on settings. You have high emotional intelligence, genuine interest in AI's potential to transform industries, and thrive in fast-paced early-stage environments. A data-driven approach focused on customer health and outcomes is essential.
Nice-to-haves include experience in high-growth B2B SaaS, legal tech, or regulated industries like legal and compliance.
