As Engagement Manager, you will own the post-sale customer experience for a portfolio of law firms and corporate legal teams. Your core responsibilities include designing tailored adoption playbooks that map each client's change-management approach, stakeholder landscape, and target outcomes. You'll execute multi-year transformation programs, sequencing initiatives from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption, and adapting as client needs and Legora's AI capabilities evolve.
You will serve as a strategic advisor who deeply understands legal workflows and client goals, surfacing high-impact opportunities and guiding teams toward maximum ROI. You'll drive sustained value through structured operating cadences including success plans, enablement sessions, stakeholder check-ins, training, and value reviews. Orchestrating cross-functional engagement from GTM, Product, Legal Engineering, and Support teams is critical to accelerating client success and maintaining end-to-end account context.
You'll partner with GTM on commercial moments to ensure seamless transitions and identify expansion opportunities. Your insights from customer feedback will directly inform product roadmap, positioning, and enablement strategies.
The ideal candidate brings 3–8 years of experience in management consulting, legal, LegalTech, or customer success in AI-native B2B verticals. You have a proven track record designing and delivering change-management programs within large, complex organizations, building tailored transformation roadmaps, and steering them to measurable outcomes. You're comfortable leading senior stakeholders through significant change, excel at program and project management, and communicate effectively across boardroom and hands-on team settings. Experience with legal, compliance, or regulated industries is valued. You're data-driven, high-EQ, and thrive in fast-paced, early-stage environments where you help build the playbook.
