Paraform is seeking an Engagement Manager to own customer relationships end-to-end on its AI-powered recruiting marketplace. This is a highly commercial role that spans account ownership, engagement execution, offer closing, retention, and expansion. You'll be the primary point of contact for customers post-sale, directly accountable for revenue generation and customer retention.
Key responsibilities include building deep relationships with founders and senior talent leaders; leading structured intake calls and shaping hiring requirements using market data; owning the offer negotiation and closing process; driving repeat hiring through proactive account growth motions; and building scalable playbooks for account expansion. You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales, Supply, Product, and Engineering teams to maximize each account's usage of Paraform's platform.
The ideal candidate has 3–6 years of experience owning customer relationships and revenue outcomes in account management, consulting, or high-ownership startup roles. You should have a track record of retaining and growing accounts, experience managing relationships with founders and C-suite executives, and comfort with performance-based compensation. You're a magnetic operator who earns trust quickly, holds your own with senior leaders, and can push back constructively. You have sharp 80/20 instincts, move fast under ambiguity, and communicate crisply both verbally and in writing.
Preferred experience includes work in high-growth marketplaces, recruiting, or talent-adjacent businesses; early-stage expansion motions; and carrying revenue or retention quotas. This is a new function within Paraform and an opportunity to build account growth motion from the ground up at a rapidly scaling company backed by top-tier investors.
