Legora is an AI-native legal workspace trusted by 1,000+ customers across 50+ countries, including top-tier law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and continues expanding through strategic acquisitions. As Engagement Director for Strategic Accounts, you will lead post-sale customer experience and long-term value realization for Legora's marquee accounts—large global law firms and strategic enterprises undergoing digital transformation. You will own a focused portfolio of the company's most strategic clients and lead a small team of Engagement Managers and Associates dedicated to their success. Key responsibilities include: designing tailored adoption playbooks and change-management approaches for each client; executing multi-year transformation programs from initial rollout through firm-wide scaled adoption across multinational footprints; serving as a senior strategic advisor who builds C-suite and executive-sponsor relationships; leading your team's development and performance; driving sustained value through structured operating cadences including success plans, enablement, and executive-level reviews; orchestrating cross-functional engagement from Product, Engineering, GTM, and other teams; partnering with GTM leadership on complex commercial moments like high-stakes renewals and expansions; and translating customer feedback into product and enablement improvements. You will be critical in building Legora's best-in-class adoption program, setting the bar on the company's most visible accounts, and helping clients realize measurable ROI while expanding use cases and transforming how their teams work. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in management consulting, customer success, account management, or related fields, with demonstrated expertise designing and delivering change-management programs inside Fortune 100, AmLaw 50, or globally strategic enterprises. You should have a track record of building tailored, client-level transformation roadmaps at global scale and steering them to measurable outcomes. Experience with high-growth B2B SaaS, AI, or Legal Tech is valued. You care deeply about customer outcomes, are proactive and strategic, and excel at steering demanding executive stakeholders through significant change.
