The Engagement Associate role sits at the center of Legora's customer transformation efforts. You will support post-sale customer success by helping law firms and corporations adopt and maximize value from Legora's platform. This is a customer-facing role that bridges product, engineering, and support to ensure clients achieve their desired outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting onboarding, adoption, and long-term value realization for a portfolio of clients
- Designing tailored adoption plans with change management approaches and stakeholder mapping
- Executing adoption initiatives from initial rollout through broader usage expansion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Developing success plans, coordinating training, and conducting ongoing check-ins
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support teams
- Gathering and synthesizing client feedback to inform product improvements
You should have 2–5 years of professional experience, ideally in management consulting or professional services. Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and communication skills are essential. Experience with change management, SaaS, legal tech, or regulated industries is valued. The role requires comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and a data-informed, outcome-focused mindset.
