Assort Health is building AI agents that transform patient access in healthcare—scheduling, triage, intake, referrals, and more. The company has grown from 15 people in 2025 to 250+ by end of 2026, with revenue up 20x in 15 months and a recent $120M Series C at $1.2B valuation. They're named to Forbes Cloud 100 and Enterprise Tech 30. As the first dedicated Enablement Manager for Post-Sales, you'll build the systems that let Implementation, Customer Success, and Support teams scale with explosive growth. Sold deals now outpace onboarding capacity—your job is to close that gap. You'll own: time-to-productivity metrics for new hires across Implementation, CSM, and Support; certification programs ensuring teams can configure agents and handle live accounts; repeatable playbooks for implementation, customer onboarding, and go-live; readiness programs for upmarket health system and academic medical center deployments; gap analysis and feedback loops with Product, Engineering, and Sales; recurring enablement sessions on new workflows and product changes; a centralized knowledge system for runbooks and escalation paths; coaching cadences with frontline managers; and measurement frameworks tying enablement to time-to-live, first-call resolution, PSAT, churn, and NRR. Required: 4+ years in post-sales enablement at scaled or fast-scaling SaaS; proven track record building enablement systems from scratch (onboarding, certification, knowledge architecture, measurement); experience enabling technical teams on product fluency and configuration; fluency with LLMs and automation tooling to build assets and scale your own output; comfort shipping in weeks and iterating continuously. Nice to have: hands-on implementation or solutions background; experience enabling teams through upmarket transitions; working knowledge of EHR/PMS workflows (Epic, Athena, NextGen); healthcare or regulated-industry experience; formal teaching or instructional design background; familiarity with integrations and APIs.
