Savvy is a Series C fintech company reinventing wealth management for independent financial advisors. The company provides a modern, AI-native platform that enables advisors to scale their practices without managing back-office operations. With $200M raised, 170+ employees, and $100M ARR in sight, Savvy is the #1 fastest-growing financial services company in America (Inc. 2026).
As Enablement Lead, you will build and own Savvy's enablement engine, ensuring Sales and Operations teams ramp faster, maintain proficiency as the business evolves, and execute consistently at a high level. This is a foundational role that will shape how the organization learns and develops.
Key responsibilities include: designing and owning end-to-end onboarding and ramp programs for Sales and Operations with clear curricula, milestones, and proficiency standards; building scalable ongoing enablement including recurring training, certifications, and targeted interventions based on performance gaps; partnering with cross-functional leaders and subject-matter experts to translate complex products and processes into practical, role-specific training; diagnosing capability gaps and determining when enablement can meaningfully improve performance; creating engaging training experiences emphasizing practice and behavior change over passive consumption; establishing and tracking metrics on ramp time, proficiency, training effectiveness, and business outcomes; building systems that capture institutional knowledge from leaders without requiring repeated facilitation; and leveraging AI to increase quality, personalization, and scalability through simulations, role plays, and personalized coaching.
You must have 5+ years in enablement, L&D, sales enablement, or operations enablement with end-to-end program ownership experience. You need proven success building or significantly improving onboarding for customer-facing, revenue-generating, or operational teams. You are an exceptional facilitator who makes complex topics simple, practical, and memorable. You think about enablement through a business performance lens—success is faster ramp and stronger execution, not course completion. You diagnose ambiguous performance problems, identify underlying capability gaps, and translate them into actionable programs. You are a strong cross-functional partner who extracts expertise from senior leaders and SMEs and scales it into learning solutions. You are highly data-driven, establishing success metrics, evaluating effectiveness, and iterating based on results. You are a builder comfortable creating programs from scratch in fast-moving environments and iterating as priorities evolve. You are fluent with AI and regularly use it to improve your work and create leverage.
Nice-to-have experience includes fintech, financial services, or SaaS enablement; supporting both Sales and Operations; building certification or proficiency-based programs; and using AI for simulations, role playing, coaching, or personalized learning.
