Required qualifications include deep understanding of Kubernetes internals (API servers, namespaces, RBAC, multi-tenancy); hands-on experience with virtual machines and private cloud infrastructure (OpenStack or KubeVirt preferred); proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Helm) and major cloud providers (AWS/EKS, Azure, GCP); background in customer success, developer advocacy, or technical training with engineering audiences; experience delivering webinars, technical demos, and customer-facing training; and ability to explain complex topics to both C-level executives and junior DevOps engineers. Bonus qualifications include contributions to open-source projects (Knative, Tekton, OpenStack); familiarity with DevContainer standards and local-to-cloud development workflows; experience creating sales enablement materials or supporting DevRel efforts; and background at cloud infrastructure companies like Mirantis, Platform9, or Datadog.
