Onebrief builds AI-powered collaboration and workflow software for military planning and operational coordination. As an Enablement Content Creator on the Delivery Enablement Operations (DEO) team, you will own the production quality of all training, enablement, and customer-facing materials that represent Onebrief's quality bar to military commands. You will produce professional-grade content across multiple formats: internal onboarding modules, Atom Engine and Onebrief platform training curricula, workflow guides, SOPs, customer-facing training materials, feature walkthroughs, exercise preparation guides, enablement videos, slicksheets, quick-start guides, and job aids. This is both an internal and external-facing role—your work directly impacts how new employees ramp and how customers understand and deploy Onebrief's capabilities. Key responsibilities include: producing all DEO training materials to professional standards; creating customer-facing content that reflects Onebrief's quality bar; ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and QA approval across all outputs; coordinating with Marketing on brand standards, visual consistency, and distribution strategy; partnering with Product on new capability release timing to ensure content readiness at point of customer delivery; managing a content production calendar with the DEO Manager; maintaining an organized, versioned content library; and proactively identifying content gaps. You will work independently in a remote environment while collaborating across teams (Marketing, Product, DEO instructors, delivery teams). You'll manage multiple content tracks simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and communicate status proactively. Strong video production and editing skills (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent) are essential, along with exceptional written communication, project management, and the ability to transform raw subject matter expertise into polished, publication-ready deliverables. Preferred qualifications include demonstrated experience producing professional training, enablement, or marketing content in video, written, and visual formats; visual design skills (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite); and experience coordinating with Marketing or brand teams on content review and approval. A Secret Security Clearance is required.
