OpenLoop is a telehealth platform that powers virtual care delivery at scale across all 50 US states. As Employer Brand Manager, you will build OpenLoop's first employer brand and recruitment marketing function from the ground up.
You will own the full lifecycle of candidate-facing recruiting campaigns, from planning and launch through tracking against pipeline and conversion goals. You'll create compelling candidate-facing content including blogs, outreach assets, and pitch materials that authentically reflect OpenLoop's voice and mission. A key responsibility is managing funnel and conversion reporting—analyzing where candidates drop off and using data to continuously improve the candidate experience.
You'll support recruiting events from planning through post-event follow-up, and partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate messaging during pitch and close stages. As the function stabilizes, you'll begin scoping OpenLoop's employee value proposition (EVP) as foundational work for long-term employer brand strategy.
This is a hands-on role in a flat organizational structure where autonomy and cross-functional collaboration are valued. You'll work directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives to shape how OpenLoop's story reaches talent in a competitive market.
Required: 5+ years in recruitment marketing, employer brand, talent brand, content marketing, or related field. Strong writing and storytelling skills, comfort with campaign and funnel data analysis, and demonstrated ability to build programs in ambiguous, resource-light environments. Preferred: EVP development experience, startup/high-growth background, healthtech recruiting experience, paid recruitment media management, or careers-site optimization.
