As Employee Engagement Programs Lead, you will own the logistics and execution of employee programs for a 320-person, rapidly growing remote-first company. Your primary responsibilities span three areas:
**Company Events & Offsites:** You'll manage end-to-end logistics for the annual company offsite, including venue and vendor sourcing, contracts, travel and rooming, run-of-show, on-site execution, and post-event reconciliation. You'll support department leads planning their own offsites with sourcing guidance, budget oversight, and strategic input. You'll track spend in real time against budgets, route vendor agreements through Legal when needed, ensure all vendors meet W-9, insurance, and indemnification requirements, and own traveler safety, emergency protocols, and accessibility requirements.
**Offsite-in-a-Box:** You'll build a scalable toolkit—intake forms, planning templates, vetted vendor agreements, and budget calculators—that empowers department leads to run their own gatherings independently. You'll onboard planners, collect post-event summaries, and iterate the toolkit quarterly based on feedback. A key focus is automating coordination through AI tooling to reduce manual effort as the number of department gatherings scales.
**Program Administration:** You'll run budget approval workflows for gatherings, coordinate logistics and communications for company-wide People & Culture initiatives (engagement surveys, manager programs, recognition fulfillment), and manage recognition and swag fulfillment end-to-end, including vendor relationships. You'll build processes that scale as the company grows and support the Inclusion & Belonging Council.
You'll report to the VP of Employee Experience & Development and sit on a small, senior People & Culture team with room to grow as the function expands.
