Lucid Software is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive strategic growth across EMEA, with a focus on Nordic-speaking markets. This role is hybrid, based in Amsterdam with in-office presence two days per week (Tuesday and Thursday).
As an EAE, you will own the strategic business expansion of Lucid's largest customers across your assigned EMEA territory. You will identify target markets and verticals, direct outbound prospecting efforts, and orchestrate internal resources—including Business & Product Leadership, Solution Engineers, and Business Development Representatives—to unlock customer growth opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving strategic growth of Lucid's enterprise customers in EMEA
- Developing deep expertise in Lucid's Visual Collaboration Suite (Lucidchart, Lucidspark) and airfocus offerings
- Understanding competitive landscape within your EMEA region
- Sourcing new opportunities within existing customer bases and generating new pipeline through cold outreach, demos, negotiations, and marketing activities
- Managing a book of accounts, creating reliable forecasts, and achieving sales quota
- Sharing market insights with product and marketing teams
- Collaborating with Customer Success Managers to drive renewals, expansion, and ongoing engagement
You will work with enterprise-grade customers on complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. The role requires strong project management, team-based selling orchestration, and the ability to penetrate new markets, verticals, and personas.
