LogicGate is seeking an EMEA Customer Success Manager to drive product adoption and value realization across a dedicated portfolio of enterprise Risk Cloud accounts across Europe. You will operate as a critical member of the UK footprint, managing day-to-day account operations autonomously while collaborating with US leadership and cross-functional teams across EMEA time zones.
Key responsibilities include owning end-to-end success for a portfolio of European enterprise customers, managing account strategy and delivery priorities independently, identifying and qualifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, monitoring account health indicators, and maintaining accurate churn and renewal forecasts 2–3 quarters out. You will translate European regulatory requirements—such as GDPR, NIS2, DORA, and ISO 27001—into actionable Risk Cloud configurations and workflows. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders from administrative users through C-suite executives is essential.
You will leverage AI tools and platform intelligence to streamline customer management tasks, analyze program data, and deliver tailored insights. The role includes participation in scheduled customer on-sites, company gatherings, and monthly local UK co-working sessions to drive cross-functional alignment.
Required qualifications include 3–5 years of Customer Success, Account Management, or enterprise client-facing experience at B2B SaaS organizations, specifically managing European accounts. You must demonstrate strong self-reliance and time-management skills for remote work, practical experience adopting AI tools and automated workflows, willingness to travel as needed, and excellent executive communication skills. You must be based in and legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom.
Nice-to-have experience includes working with modern GRC platforms (Risk Cloud, AuditBoard, OneTrust, Archer, ServiceNow GRC), understanding of European business norms and regulatory frameworks, and proficiency with CS platforms (Planhat, ChurnZero) and Salesforce.
