Havenly Brands operates a portfolio of seven home furnishings and design brands (Havenly, Interior Define, Burrow, The Citizenry, Inside, St. Frank, and The Expert), combining award-winning interior design services with e-commerce. You will serve as the Email Marketing Operations Manager, owning the lifecycle technology foundation across all seven brands. You are the technical lead for the lifecycle marketing stack spanning email, SMS, push, and onsite acquisition channels. You will grow AI-enabled automation that increasingly powers campaign workflows each quarter.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage Braze and the broader lifecycle marketing technology stack across all seven brands
- Own lifecycle platform architecture and migration strategy; serve as primary technical owner and project manager for migrations, implementations, and major initiatives
- Lead identity resolution, event-level data integrity, and cross-brand lifecycle systems
- Build and maintain automated journeys for acquisition, retention, and program health aligned with marketing goals
- Manage two offshore associates
- Oversee vendor relationships and technology integrations for maximum ROI
- Design and optimize the lifecycle team's operational workflow in Asana, including automations for campaign handoffs, assignments, and recurring processes
- Maintain the existing lifecycle automation codebase, workflows, and scheduled jobs
- Execute day-to-day project management for lifecycle campaigns across teams
You will drive:
- Scalable, efficient lifecycle operations through process design, technology implementation, and optimization
- Engineering-ready requirements and acceptance criteria translated from business impact
- Clean, timely data in partnership with Data, Product, and Engineering teams
- Technical test design and setup for actionable results
- Campaign performance, uptime, and output reporting to inform strategic decisions
- Expansion of AI-enabled automation across briefing, campaign construction, QA, reporting, and anomaly detection
- Portfolio-wide scaling of automated briefing and campaign-build workflows
- Reusable automation patterns connecting lifecycle requirements, brand rules, campaign configuration, platform APIs, data sources, QA, and reporting
The role is based in-office at Havenly's headquarters in Cherry Creek, Denver, CO.
