As Editorial Specialist, you'll join the Communications team to shape Legora's external narrative across social, editorial, and owned channels. You'll produce high-quality content that brings the company's story to life—from day-to-day LinkedIn posts to longer-form editorial pieces, customer stories, campaign assets, and thought leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
- Producing and publishing social media content, with focus on LinkedIn
- Drafting, editing, and adapting content across formats: social posts, newsletters, blog posts, customer announcements, event recaps, web copy, and campaign assets
- Maintaining consistent tone of voice across all external communications
- Translating company updates, product developments, customer stories, and industry insights into timely, audience-relevant narratives
- Supporting the editorial calendar and coordinating content delivery across channels
- Collaborating with Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer, and Leadership teams to gather inputs and shape them into polished narratives
- Developing content packages around launches, partnerships, events, and customer wins
- Editing and proofreading to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency
- Monitoring social and editorial trends in legal technology, AI, and the legal industry
- Supporting content performance reporting and optimization
You'll need 3–5 years in editorial, communications, content marketing, journalism, or social media. Strong writing and editing skills are essential, with proven ability to produce polished copy quickly. Experience creating LinkedIn content is required. You should translate complex technical topics into accessible, engaging content; work comfortably across teams and seniority levels; and thrive in a fast-moving environment. Interest in legal technology, AI, professional services, or B2B communications is important.
Nice-to-have experience includes high-growth tech companies, writing for legal/SaaS/AI/enterprise audiences, content management tools, and employer brand or executive communications.
