Everlane is seeking an Ecommerce Content Specialist to own and optimize key customer-facing experiences across their ecommerce platform. This role partners closely with the Senior Manager of Ecommerce, Digital Designer/CRO Specialist, and Ecommerce Specialist to execute campaigns, product launches, and continuous site improvements.
Key responsibilities include owning Homepage content, specialty landing pages, and Collection Page content and optimization. You'll support and execute key campaigns, product launches, seasonal moments, and special projects. The role involves building and QA-ing onsite experiences using Builder.io, Shopify, Figma, and Airtable, and managing updates to the Integrated Marketing Calendar to track launches and onsite moments.
You'll manage creative requests and partner with Creative, Marketing, Product, and other teams to bring ideas to life on the site. The position includes owning or supporting A/B testing and experimentation, including developing hypotheses, coordinating tests, and analyzing results. You'll partner with the Ecommerce team to monitor key site performance metrics and use data to identify opportunities across key site experiences and customer funnel touchpoints.
Regular site audits and proactive identification of opportunities to improve content, UX, merchandising, and conversion are core to the role. You'll manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail and QA.
Required qualifications include 2–4 years of experience in ecommerce, site merchandising, digital content, or digital production. Shopify, Figma, and Airtable experience is required. Experience with Builder.io or a similar CMS is strongly preferred. You should have experience managing ecommerce content across Homepage, Collection Pages, landing pages, or other customer-facing experiences, and familiarity with A/B testing, CRO, and data analysis. Strong organizational, project management, and QA skills are essential, along with highly collaborative communication abilities. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who takes ownership and proactively identifies opportunities to improve the customer experience, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities. Experience in fashion, retail, or ecommerce is a plus. Nice-to-haves include basic understanding of HTML/CSS or ecommerce development workflows, and experience with Shopify Plus or similar platforms.
