The Stepstone Group is a global online job platform operating 20+ brands across 30+ countries with ~4,000 employees. They are seeking an Email Marketing Manager to develop and optimize B2B email communications across the entire customer journey.
In this role, you will design and execute targeted email campaigns and automated communication workflows with a focus on content personalization and engagement. You'll work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, and E-Commerce teams to develop industry and audience-specific B2B email strategies. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement targeted B2B email campaigns, newsletters, and automation sequences focused on engagement and conversion
- Build and enhance CRM and lifecycle communication strategies across acquisition, onboarding, retention, and winback phases
- Leverage AI tools (such as Claude) to scale content creation and personalization efforts
- Design new campaign concepts to increase SQL (Sales Qualified Leads) generation and revenue impact
- Plan and execute A/B tests, deriving data-driven optimization recommendations
- Track and analyze email KPIs, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, E-Commerce, and other marketing stakeholders
Required qualifications include a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, E-Commerce, or related field, plus 1-3 years of relevant experience in email, CRM, or lifecycle marketing (preferably B2B). You should have strong analytical skills for email KPIs, hands-on experience with email marketing and automation platforms (ideally Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and familiarity with AI technologies for marketing applications. Fluent German and English required.
