Salary: USD 160,000 - 225,000 / annual
Midi Health is a rapidly growing virtual care clinic specializing in women's midlife health, including perimenopause and menopause care. The company is backed by top-tier investors including Google Ventures, Semper Virens, and Emerson Collective.
You will serve as Director of Employer Sales, reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer. This is a hunter-focused role where you own a national territory and drive end-to-end sales to employers. You'll be responsible for identifying and opening target accounts, building multi-threaded relationships with HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, and executive-level buyers, and closing complex employer deals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning revenue targets and developing a sales strategy to identify and close employers aligned with Midi's ideal customer profile
- Building a high-quality pipeline through creative outreach and leveraging your industry network
- Leading complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from initial engagement through contracting and close
- Navigating the employer benefits ecosystem, including relationships with brokers, consultants, and health plans
- Positioning Midi's value proposition in a consultative, compelling manner tailored to each employer's priorities
- Maintaining sales discipline through accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and HubSpot deal management
- Contributing market and buyer insights to shape Midi's employer sales playbook and cross-functional strategy
You bring 10+ years of employer healthcare benefits sales experience, ideally in digital health or high-growth healthcare services. You have a proven track record of exceeding quota, closing complex deals, and maintaining strong relationships across the HR and benefits community. You're a self-directed hunter and closer, energized by prospecting and relationship-building. You navigate complex organizations effectively, from director-level through C-suite. You're highly organized, disciplined about forecasting and CRM hygiene, and thrive in high-growth environments. You're passionate about improving healthcare for women and aligned with Midi's mission.
The role is remote, US-based, with 20-25% travel. Compensation is $160,000-$225,000 annually, plus variable compensation and equity.
