HackerOne, a global leader in Continuous Threat Exposure Management (CTEM), is seeking a Director of Total Rewards, Systems & Analytics to lead the design and execution of compensation, benefits, HR technology, and workforce analytics at a pivotal growth stage.
In this role, you will own HackerOne's global Total Rewards strategy—compensation structure, pay bands, equity, and benefits—ensuring alignment with company priorities and demonstrating measurable outcomes. You'll lead and grow the Total Rewards, People Systems, and People Analytics teams, building scalable systems and developing the next generation of People leaders.
Key responsibilities include building a People Analytics practice that provides a single, trusted view of workforce metrics (headcount, attrition, pay equity, engagement); owning the People technology roadmap anchored on Workday with a focus on AI-native capabilities; running annual compensation and benefits cycles with market benchmarking and merit planning; and operationalizing change management as the company scales.
You'll partner closely with Finance, Legal, and the executive team on pay equity initiatives, board-ready workforce reporting, and systems infrastructure that enables scaling. This is a rare opportunity to shape the reward philosophy and people-analytics standards for a company trusted by Anthropic, GitHub, Goldman Sachs, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
The role is remote for candidates based in the Pacific time zone (San Francisco Bay, Austin, or Seattle hiring hubs), reflecting HackerOne's Flexible Work philosophy that balances remote work with occasional in-person collaboration.
