Carrot Fertility is seeking a Director of Talent to design, scale, and execute high-impact, business-aligned talent programs across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the SVP of People, you will serve as a key operational and strategic leader, owning Performance Architecture, Talent Planning & Succession, Strategic Program Management, Talent Team & Manager Enablement, and Talent Bench Building.
You will bring deep expertise spanning at least two of three core domains: Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnering (HRBP), and Talent Management. In this role, you will elevate organizational performance, build critical talent benches, create playbooks, leverage cutting-edge AI tools to optimize talent workflows, and ensure talent programs directly accelerate Carrot's business growth in a distributed environment.
Key responsibilities include: leading enablement programs for Talent Teams and People Managers; crafting change-management toolkits to drive program adoption; overseeing manager development programs (Manager Accelerator tracks and Monthly Manager Forums); identifying and integrating AI-driven solutions across talent programs; building and executing succession planning frameworks and high-potential identification processes; designing and scaling AI-enabled performance review cycles and goal-setting frameworks; translating talent data and retention trends into executive-level action plans; partnering strategically with People Leadership and Talent Acquisition on talent market intelligence and workforce planning; and enabling business leaders to leverage professional networks to feed Carrot's talent bench.
