Salary: USD 114,200 - 157,000 / annual

ServiceNow's Talent Acquisition & Management team is building AI-native hiring systems at scale. This Director role owns the design, operations, and vendor relationships for the company's foundational TA technology infrastructure, with primary focus on the Avature platform launching in December 2026. You will serve as the bridge between TA practitioners and technical teams (Product, DT, Project Madagascar program), translating business requirements into system strategy and ensuring technology enables hiring velocity and candidate experience. This is a leadership position managing the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy of multiple interconnected systems. Key Responsibilities: - Full ownership of Avature post-implementation: platform optimization, adoption, operational excellence, vendor relationship management, and quarterly business reviews following December go-live - Cross-functional liaison between TA, Project Madagascar program team, and People Product & DT teams, translating technical requirements into practitioner impact - TA technology stack governance and design (Avature, LinkedIn, HackerRank, Findem, and emerging tools), ensuring interoperability and reliability while leveraging ServiceNow's own platform where strategic - Pre-go-live implementation readiness: partnering on training, documentation, cutover planning, and day-one support - Vendor relationship management: receiving handoffs from Innovation team, owning ongoing partnerships, SLA accountability, contract renewals, and optimization - Establishing and tracking system health, adoption, and performance KPIs that inform roadmap decisions Requirements: - Background in TA technology, operations, and strategy; Avature experience strongly preferred - Prior experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner (described as "a big plus" for understanding the team's language and needs) - Track record of owning vendor relationships and driving system adoption at scale - Expert-level collaboration skills and cross-functional experience; ability to work effectively with TA CoE, Product, and DT teams - Judgment to operate independently while maintaining alignment with TA strategy
