ServiceNow's Talent Acquisition & Management team is seeking a Director of TA Infrastructure to own the design, operations, and vendor relationships for the company's foundational talent acquisition systems. This is a strategic operations role that bridges deep TA process expertise with systems and vendor management, serving as the primary liaison between TA practitioners, Product, and Delivery Technology teams.
You will lead the post-implementation optimization and operational excellence of the Avature platform following its December 2026 go-live, including full vendor relationship management and quarterly business reviews. You'll govern and optimize ServiceNow's entire TA technology stack (Avature, LinkedIn, HackerRank, Findem, and emerging tools), ensuring interoperability, long-term reliability, and alignment with broader ServiceNow platform strategy.
Key responsibilities include: managing Avature post-implementation adoption and platform optimization; serving as the primary translator between TA business needs and technical capabilities for the Project Madagascar program team; establishing governance and design for foundational TA systems; partnering on pre-go-live implementation readiness including training, documentation, and cutover planning; owning vendor handoffs and ongoing partnership accountability; and establishing operational metrics and KPIs that inform roadmap decisions.
You will work in constant partnership with Product and Delivery Technology teams, acting as the voice of TA in technical discussions. The role requires someone who understands how recruiters source, screen, and move candidates, and can translate system changes into business impact on hiring velocity and candidate experience.
Requirements:
- Background in TA technology, operations, and strategy; Avature experience strongly preferred
- Prior experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner (highly valued for understanding TA workflows)
- Track record of owning vendor relationships and driving system adoption at scale
- Expert-level cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working across TA, Product, and technical teams
- Ability to operate independently while maintaining alignment with TA strategy
- Strong judgment and communication skills to bridge business and technical stakeholders
