ServiceNow's Talent Acquisition & Management team is building AI-native hiring systems at scale. This Director role owns the design, operations, and vendor relationships for the company's foundational TA technology stack, with primary focus on the Avature platform launching in December 2026.
You will serve as the bridge between TA practitioners and technical teams (Product, DT, Project Madagascar), translating business needs into system requirements and vice versa. Your deep understanding of how recruiters source, screen, and move candidates will inform strategy and drive adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead Avature post-implementation optimization, adoption, and operational excellence following December go-live, including vendor management and quarterly business reviews
• Act as primary liaison between TA, Project Madagascar program team, and People Product & DT, translating technical requirements into TA practitioner impact
• Govern and design the TA technology stack (Avature, LinkedIn, HackerRank, Findem, and emerging tools), ensuring interoperability and reliability while exploring deeper ServiceNow platform integration
• Partner on pre-go-live implementation readiness: training, documentation, cutover planning, and day-one support
• Own vendor relationship management, including SLA accountability, contract renewals, and optimization conversations
• Establish and track system health, adoption, and performance KPIs that feed roadmap decisions
Requirements:
• Background in TA technology, operations, and strategy; Avature experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience as a recruiter or sourcing practitioner (highly valued for credibility with the team)
• Track record of owning vendor relationships and driving system adoption at scale
• Expert-level cross-functional collaboration skills and experience working with TA CoE, Product, and DT teams
• Ability to operate independently while maintaining tight alignment with TA strategy
